WTS (want to sell)
WTR (want to rent)
FS (For Sell)
FR (For Rent)
2. Use meaningful subject for your thread, eg:
WTB xxx Condo
FR Common room xxx condo
3. Avoid meaningless subject such as:
Please help

FAQs Q: Why is my post locked/missing?
A: Post will be locked once the room is taken or there is duplicate posting.
Spam will not be tolerated. ie duplicate or more of the same post. To search for your previous posts; click on your nick.. there's a magic button that shows "find all post by...". Please BUMP/update it to avoid a slide. ie reply your own post!
Q: Why is my post moved/missing?
A: Posts that are wrongly put up will be moved to their respective thread.
Q: Why is my PM not sent out? ie stuck at "outbox".
A: The intended recipient has not check or log-in to their pjnet account. Then it will move to the "sentbox". _________________ * sun *
