I am wondering what kind of browser people use, whether it be Netscape, Mozilla, IE, Opera? I currently use IE7 because I really like how effecient it is. I mean, it's not great on the safety, I know that, but its fast and it gets the job done. I already have firewalls and antiviruses to back me up incase something does get through like a trojan.

I never liked IE because it was the only thing out there. When I heard about Opera I jumped at it and loved it. And when Firefox came out I started using that and never looked back.

I use Firefox because you can customize the layouts. I have a different layout for my Firefox that isn't the default one and it looks better than Internet Explorer. Haven't you ever heard of the word Internet Exploder? That's why you dont use IE.

I use firefox for the same reason as Serac. I love to play around with the differant themes. Plus it has a lot of great plugins. I think that everyone should give it a try. It has a lot more options than IE.

I use firefox. It's user-friendly, fast and it keeps the annoying pop-ups away. IE is okay I guess, just it's not very good with pop-ups etc.

I use internet explorer for now because I just got vista. It's good for now, but I want to upgrade to Firefox later just incase of security reasons.

I am using Firefox, and Google Chrome. But Google Chrome not stable yet. How I know? You try to watch youtube using google chrome, sometime has problem. IE is a junk, too slow, security not good, too many virus/backdoors try to attack IE already.

Using firefox absolutly i'ts customize able and easy to install plug in and many usefull extension. for all user i recommend firefox.
tips using firefox will boost the speed to 20%-30% :
1. Type "about:config" in address bar and hit enter. scroll down and search
this entries :
network.http.pipelining
network.http.proxy.pipelining
network.http.pipelining.maxrequests
2. Change the entries becomes :
Set "network.http.pipelining" menjadi "true"
Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" menjadi "true"
set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" Becomesi "30". this means will
request 30 in once request.
3. And last left click (anywhere) select New -> Integer. insert "nglayout.initialpaint.delay"
in prefence name, then set the value becomes "0".
Happy browsing |
