Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) is indeed the second busiest airport in Malaysia.

Beside that, there is no KLCC airport in Malaysia. I suppose it's KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport), and LCCT (Low Cost Carrier Terminal) is one of the terminal within KLIA.
KKIA has it's own version of budget terminal similar to LCCT, named Terminal 2.
