【教學】意大利芝士蛋糕 (Tiramisu)


材料: 咖啡粉 (1茶匙) ; 沸水 (1 湯匙) ; 軟芝士<mascarpone>( 250克) ;
糖 (45克); 咖啡酒( 65 毫升) ; 朱古力粉 (45克) ;
鮮忌廉<whippingcream>( 190毫升) ; 奶( 1湯匙) ; 意大利手指餅(15條)

做法 : 1) 用 1 湯匙水開溶咖粉 , 待冷卻
2) 在大碗內把芝士打至軟滑 , 加入糖30克 , 咖啡酒及30克朱古力粉 , 拌勻
至軟滑
3) 把餘下的15克糖加入鮮忌廉內 , 攪打至企身
4) 把已打至企身的忌廉加入芝士內,輕輕拌勻
5) 在另一個小碗內把咖啡粉;餘下的咖啡酒及奶拌勻;把5條手指餅浸於這
些溶液內
6) 把已浸咖啡溶液的手指餅排放杯內,然後舖上1/2芝士
7) 再把5條手指餅浸於咖啡溶液,然後舖在芝士上
舖上另一層芝士, 然後把最後5條手指餅排上面
9) 撒上朱古力粉 , 放雪柜冷凍約 3至 4 小時, 即可

貼士: 搵唔到<Mascarpone> 可用<Cream>代替 ; 以"卡夫奶油
乳酪"為選擇
想唔黏,兜內圍塗上牛油啦
